(e) Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Aoife M. Brennan, MB, BCh, BAO, MMSc

On March 5, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Synlogic, Inc. (the “Company”), upon recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board (the “Compensation Committee”), approved an increase in the target annual cash bonus amount for 2019 for Aoife M. Brennan, MB, BCh, BAO, MMSc, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of the Company, from 40% of base salary to 50% of base salary.

Todd Shegog

On March 5, 2019, the Compensation Committee approved an increase in the target annual cash bonus amount for 2019 for Todd Shegog, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, from 30% of base salary to 40% of base salary.
